KEY THINGS TO REMEMBER
Registration / Merchandise Packs -These will be available to be collected at the Reunion.
Money - Please bring cash/cheque for all purchases - No Eftpos available.
Money Cards - At the centennial we propose to use money cards issued by Liquorland and paid for at the event – this is instead of money for buying drinks. This allows us to be quicker with our service and means less handling of cash for security reasons. Each card will cost $20 and is redeemable for drinks to the value of $20. Please present your cards when you purchase drinks, the relevant total will be marked off by the bar staff. Cards can be used on either night and are available for purchase at the centennial.
Photographs
Year group photos will be taken as part of the Centennial celebrations. These will be coordinated and start at approximately 3.30pm. on saturday. Each photo will be taken twice. Firstly with everyone showing their numbers (included on the back of your nametag) and secondly without numbers. This is so we can identify you all ( when you have all gone home again) for the school archives. Price $25 per named 10x8 photo, this includes postage within NZ. If anyone would like a family/friend/generation photo, this can be arranged also by contacting our Photographer.
Philip Scott – D & K Photography, ph. 06 8671287 email. dunstan.kinge@gmail.com
Photos are to be ordered and paid for at this time. Payment options available, cash, cheque, credit or Eftpos(photographers own)
Clothing – Autumn has arrived and the trees are beginning to tinge with colour, please be sure to bring warm clothing for the cooler evenings
Smoking – Please be aware that this is a smoke- free school. However sand boxes will be provided and we ask that you use them for your cigarette butts. We do not want the children returning to school to find cigarette butts everywhere. We appreciate your consideration in this matter.
Recycling – please also note that Ngatapa School has attained silver status as an Enviro School, part of this award is a strong emphasis on recycling. At the centennial there will be appropriately labelled recycling bins for our use, also be sure to check out the plans for the Centennial Native Project.
